Hi, I’m Paul Stickland and here is my artwork for DinosaurRoar!
Here at last are all my illustrations from the internationally best selling children’s book Dinosaur Roar!
The whole crazy cast of daft dinosaurs beloved of so many children are now available on a range of huge prehistoric posters!

Dinosaur Roar!
Dinosaur roar, dinosaur squeak,
Dinosaur fierce, dinosaur meek.
Dinosaur fast, dinosaur slow,
Dinosaur above and dinosaur below.
Dinosaur weak, dinosaur strong,
Dinosaur short or very, very long.
Dinosaur fat, dinosaur tiny,
Dinosaur clean and dinosaur slimy.
Dinosaur sweet, dinosaur grumpy,
Dinosaur spiky and dinosaur lumpy.
All sorts of dinosaurs eating up their lunch,
Gobble, gobble, nibble, nibble, munch, munch, scrunch!
This book was such fun to paint, I just loved creating all these dinosaurs.
As you can see some of them are based on real dinosaurs, some clearly are not!
It took me about six months to paint, I used Ecoline watercolour inks, after drawing a pencil rough, on lovely hard and now sadly discontinued Schoellershammer paper.
I did the artwork at the same size as the book, ie 560mm x 240mm
I use the inks on wet paper, which is how I get the ‘bleed’ effect.
The book has been translated into many many languages and has sold in millions all round the world.
So it is with great pleasure that I am able, for the first time to offer the monster sized posters, which are printed to the highest quality by Zazzle, on a whole range of papers, or canvas if you prefer. Framing options are available.
